Normally, it takes 2 ~ 3 business days to complete any orders upon receiving. If the items ordered are not stocked, we can hold back order up to two weeks. Any back orders are not subject to any charges unless it is a custom order. All custom orders require a prepayment of the design and sample generation fee. It would be charged by our designer's estimated working hour ($30 / hour).

$1000 ~ $1999 USD : 20% OFF

$2000 USD or more : Inquire to wholesale rate
