1. Shipping and Delivery
     
   
  		• We ship via DHL when you choose the standard delivery option. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
  		• If you choose to pay with COD, the product will be shipped via Fed Ex.
  		• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Marina Islands, Samoa and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Please allow 5-10 business for delivery.
  		• Once your order is completed and has shipped, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the DHL or Fed Ex tracking information.
     
  		• Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery items may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit card approval, address verification, and other processing.  


    		 
     
    2. Return Policy
         
       
  		• All claims must be made within 10 business days from *invoice date. (*Invoice is created on ship-out date.)
  		• Returned items must be in original packaging with all documentations.
  		• Before returning, please contact Euriot via e-mail, telephone, or fax to receive RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Returned items without RMA number will be refused.
  		• Once your order is completed and has shipped, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the DHL or Fed Ex tracking information.
     
  		• No refunds for shipping charge.  
  		• No cash refunds given, merchandise replacement or company credit only.
  		• 20% restocking fee will be charged from your original receipt. Therefore, you will receive credit of 80% of your original receipt.
  		• If a customer returns merchandise due to defects, Euriot pays return shipping fee. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fee.

  		• This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and/or federal courts of the State of Florida, County of Broward.
  		• All past due accounts are liable for any attorney's fee and other collection expenses.

Any such transmission is done at your own risk.
